Sales
- All sales are on a cash basis with MPESA, bank transfer and Western Union also accepted.
- For international purchases, please contact us for the current exchange rate for your currency of payment.
- Delivery will be by G4S courier services for local clients or the most efficient means available for both local and international orders.
- Delivery charge is Kshs. 200 for orders up to 5 kilograms in Nairobi. Please contact us for delivery costs to other areas of the country
Returns & Refunds
- Please contact the company within 14 days with the details of defect as well as purchase details. The defective product will have to be returned to get a replacement or refund.
Environment
- We believe in sustainable production and as such source our wood materials by pruning branches and dead-wood or from government approved sources. We ensure continued supply of our main material, Jacaranda branches, by pruning the trees on a rotational basis, both on our compound and from local farms.
